MCCs (Motor Control Centres)

The Motor Control Centre can control the motors whether they be Direct On Line (DOL) or Assisted Start (AS). Assisted start of the motors is achieved by the use of Inverter drives, Soft Start units, star delta circuits and there variations that are all capable of controlling the motor for the application to which it has been assigned. The Motor Control Centres can be manufactured to the requirements of the customer, with mild or stainless steel enclosures and ratings up to IP65 and Form 4. Mild steel enclosures are sprayed and stove enamelled to a variety of colours.

Refrigeration And Cold Storage:

Motor Control Centre are supplied to major cold storage companies. They control compressors and pumps to refrigerate cold stores and maintain them at a constant temperature.

All aspects of sewage and water treatment control are catered for and with todays views on water quality and sewage treatment need to be precice and reliable.

Food & Brewing:

Stainless steel enclosures can form a large part of the panels supplied for the Food and Brewing industry due to the enviromental conditions within the premises, panels can frequently come into contact with liquids and need to have resistance to them. Visual access to PLC or internal monitoring equipment can be catered for with the addition of a waterproof viewing window and if specified with EMC protection
